I don't know how cold tolerant it is, but this site occasionally gets mild frosts to at least -4 degrees C, so it should be able to tolerate at that, if not colder.

Nice little palm, barely unknown in ornamental cultivation. I always wanted to get some seeds of this species, it's supposed to be the hardiest of the attaleas.
